- Pre-cooked pork slices or grilled chicken breast300g
- Vermicelli noodles150g
- Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach)2 cups
- Carrot, julienned1
- Dipping sauce (e.g., peanut sauce or sweet chili sauce)1 cup
- Warm waterfor softening

Cook vermicelli noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.

Prepare your protein (pre-cooked pork or grilled chicken) and julienned carrots.

Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 15-20 seconds until softened. Lay flat on a clean surface.

Layer with vermicelli noodles, protein, carrots, and salad greens.

Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.
