- Garlic, minced1 tbsp
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Water1 tbsp

Finely chop the betel leaves.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the ground pork to the skillet and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.

Stir in the chopped betel leaves, fish sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp water. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are wilted and the pork is fully cooked.
