- Ground pork400g
- Salted duck egg yolks3
- Pre-cooked or finely chopped mushrooms1/4 cup
- Cooked glass noodles, chopped1/4 cup
- Shallot, finely minced1 tbsp
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Saltpinch
- Vegetable oil1 tsp

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a small loaf pan or individual ramekins.

In a bowl, combine ground pork, pre-cooked mushrooms, cooked glass noodles, minced shallot, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.

Press the mixture into the prepared pan(s). Create small indentations and place the salted duck egg yolks into them.

Brush the top with a little vegetable oil.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

Allow to cool slightly before unmolding or serving directly from ramekins.
