- Pre-cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined200g
- Thinly sliced deli pork (e.g., roast pork or ham)150g
- Rice vermicelli noodles, pre-cooked80g
- Fresh mint leaves1/2 cup
- Fresh cilantro sprigs1/2 cup
- Lettuce leaves1/2 cup
- Hoisin sauce1/4 cup
- Peanut butter2 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp

Ensure rice vermicelli noodles are cooked and cooled.

Prepare the dipping sauce by whisking together hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and water until smooth.

Prepare a bowl of warm water for dipping rice paper wrappers.

Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Lay flat.
