- Lemongrass2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Ginger1 tbsp, minced
- Garlic1 tbsp, minced
- Red chili1, sliced
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Green onionsfor garnish

Rinse the cleaned clams under cold water.

In a pot, combine the clams, chopped lemongrass, minced ginger, minced garlic, sliced chili, fish sauce, and water.

Cover and steam over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, until clams are open. Discard unopened clams.
