- Unsalted butter4 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Lemongrass, finely minced1 stalk
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Fresh cilantro, chopped2 tbsp
- Red chili, thinly sliced (optional)1/2
