- Roasted peanuts75g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1.5 tbsp
- Water1 tbsp
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
- Green onions (for garnish)1 stalk
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Mince the garlic clove.

In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, sugar, and 1 tbsp water. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the pre-fried anchovies and roasted peanuts to the wok. Stir briefly.

Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
