- Pre-minced galangal2 tbsp
- Fermented rice (mẻ)2 tbsp
- Lemongrass paste1 tbsp
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Water1 tbsp

Prepare the quick marinade: In a bowl, combine pre-minced galangal, fermented rice, lemongrass paste, fish sauce, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Slice the pork into thin pieces.

Marinate the pork: Add pork to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Grill the pork: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork for 3-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly browned.
