- Jasmine rice3 cups cooked
- Pre-cooked or canned baby clams12 oz, drained
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Scallions2, chopped
- Fresh cilantro1/4 cup, chopped
- Fried shallots or onions2 tbsp, for garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the drained pre-cooked clams to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in fish sauce and chili garlic sauce. Mix well.

Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet. Toss to combine with the clam mixture.

Stir in chopped scallions and most of the cilantro.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add a splash of water if the mixture seems too dry.

Serve immediately in bowls, garnished with remaining cilantro and fried shallots/onions.
