- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Warm the cooked jasmine rice.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Fry eggs sunny-side up or over-easy until whites are set and yolks are runny. Season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil.

To assemble: mound the warm rice on serving plates. Top with pre-cooked pork strips, shredded chicken, and a fried egg. Garnish with chopped scallions and cilantro. Drizzle with the soy-sesame sauce.
