  • Rice flour1/4 cup
  • Salt1.5 tsp
  • Black pepper1 tsp
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Lime zest1 tsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil, for frying1/2 cup
  • Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)1/4 cup
  • Lime slices (for garnish)1

    Pat the shrimp dry. In a bowl, toss shrimp with rice flour until lightly coated.
