Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Crumble sirene cheese into a bowl. Whisk in eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto one half of each pastry piece. Fold the other half over to create turnovers or arrange as a layered pastry.
