- Pre-cooked leek filling (e.g., from a deli or pre-sautéed)400g
- Feta cheese (as a substitute for sirene)250g

- Melted butter or oil100ml

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the pre-cooked leek filling, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in the dish, brush with melted butter/oil. Repeat with 2-3 more sheets.

Spread half of the leek and cheese mixture over the phyllo.

Layer another 2-3 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each.

Spread the remaining filling.

Top with the final 2-3 sheets of phyllo, brushing each. Tuck edges.
