Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers30 sheets
- Cabbage, thinly sliced2 cups
- Carrots, julienned1 cup
- Green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces1 cup
- Bean sprouts1 cup
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil, for stir-frying and frying3 cups

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add cabbage, carrots, and green beans. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the lumpia by placing about 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetable filling on a wrapper, folding the sides, and rolling tightly. Seal with water.

Heat vegetable oil for frying over medium-high heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
