- Chicken broth0.5 cup
- Cajun seasoning2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated0.5 cup
- Green onions, chopped0.25 cup

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Cajun seasoning.

Add cooked fettuccine and cooked shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
