- Flat rice noodles (Kuey Teow)500g
- Cooked chicken breast, sliced200g
- Frozen peas1 cup
- Eggs2
- Garlic2 cloves
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp

Prepare noodles: Separate fresh kuey teow or soak dried ones as per instructions. Drain well.

Prepare aromatics: Mince garlic.

Scramble eggs: Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, scramble eggs, remove and set aside.

Stir-fry: Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add ingredients: Add cooked chicken slices and frozen peas. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until peas are heated through.

Combine: Add the kuey teow and the sauce mixture (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, water). Toss well to coat.
