  • Frozen peas1 cup

  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water2 tbsp

    Prepare noodles: Separate fresh kuey teow or soak dried ones as per instructions. Drain well.
