- Heavy cream1.5 cups
- Sun-dried tomato paste2 tbsp
- Garlic1 tbsp, minced (jarred)
- Parmesan cheese1/2 cup, grated
- Chicken broth1/4 cup
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
