- Heavy cream1.5 cups
- Roasted red peppers (jarred)1 cup, chopped
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Parmesan cheese1/2 cup, grated
- Chicken broth1/4 cup
- Butter1 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika1/2 tsp
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
