- Aged kimchi2 cups, chopped
- Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams, squid)300g, cleaned
- Tofu1/2 block, firm, cubed
- Onion1/2, sliced
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Gochugaru1 tbsp
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Water or anchovy broth3 cups
- Green onions2, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add gochugaru and fish sauce. Stir well.

Pour in water or anchovy broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add mixed seafood and tofu. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through.
