- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Brown sugar1 tbsp
- Ground black pepper1 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
- Cilantrofor garnish

In a bowl, combine pork ribs with fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat cooking oil in a skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the marinated ribs and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Add water, bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ribs are tender and the sauce has reduced.
