In a pot, combine pork belly, water, salt, smashed garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil.

Simmer for 45-60 minutes until the pork is tender. Remove pork and let it cool completely. Pat dry.

Heat cooking oil in a deep pot over medium-high heat. Deep-fry the pork pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.
