- Coconut Milk400ml
- Shrimp Paste (Bagoong Alamang)3 tbsp

- Green Chilies (Siling Haba)10-15 pcs
- Red Chilies (Siling Labuyo)3-5 pcs
- Cooking Oil2 tbsp
- Water1/2 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cut pork belly into 1-inch cubes. Mince garlic and chop onion.

Heat cooking oil in a pot or wok over medium-high heat. Brown the pork belly cubes on all sides.

Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the pot. Sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the shrimp paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer.

Add the green chilies and red chilies (whole or sliced, depending on desired heat).

Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.
