  • Green Chilies (Siling Haba)8-10 pcs
  • Red Chilies (Siling Labuyo), minced2 pcs
  • Cooking Oil
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black Pepperto taste

Steps

    Sear the pork ribs in a pot with a little oil until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pot, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
