  • Mixed bell peppers2 cups

Steps

    Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from skillet.

    Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet. Add chopped bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Mince garlic and add, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
