  • Vegetable oil1/4 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into small cubes.

    Pan-fry the tofu cubes in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain and set aside.

    Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili peppers.

    In the same pan (or a clean one), sauté the chopped onions and garlic until softened.

    Add the crispy tofu cubes back to the pan. Stir-fry for a minute.
