  • Salted egg yolks3, steamed and mashed
  • Green onions3 stalks, chopped
  • Fish sauce1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil3 tablespoons
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Parsleyfor garnish

    Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
