- Onions2 large, finely chopped
- Tomato Puree1 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste2 tbsp
- Green Chilies1-2, chopped
- Coriander Powder1.5 tbsp
- Cumin Powder1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder1 tsp (to taste)
- Garam Masala1 tsp
- Oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Fresh Coriander Leavesfor garnish

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Add chopped green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
