Ingredients

- Basmati rice2 cups

- Pre-made Kabsa spice mix2 tablespoons

Rinse basmati rice under cold water until water runs clear.

In a pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
